Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Policy
Effective Date: October 27, 2026
1. Introduction and Corporate Stance on Intellectual Property
Welcome to Invest NameBangla (accessible via https://invest.namebangla.com). As a premier publisher of elite UAE corporate finance, property investment strategies, and high-net-worth wealth management blueprints, we place the highest possible value on intellectual property (IP) rights. We recognize the immense effort, strategic research, and financial capital required to produce premium, actionable financial intelligence. Consequently, we are deeply committed to respecting the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users, corporate partners, and contributors to do the same.
Although the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) is fundamentally a United States federal statute (17 U.S.C. § 512), Invest NameBangla voluntarily complies with its stringent frameworks. Furthermore, because our digital infrastructure serves a global audience and is monetized through international networks such as Google Ad Exchange (ADX), adhering to the DMCA ensures global regulatory harmony. We also strictly enforce compliance with the United Arab Emirates Federal Decree-Law No. 38 of 2021 on Copyrights and Neighboring Rights to protect domestic UAE intellectual property.
This comprehensive page outlines our official corporate procedures for reporting alleged copyright infringements, the steps we take to investigate such claims, and the protocols for submitting counter-notifications. It serves as a legally binding framework for all copyright-related disputes concerning our platform.
2. Designated Copyright Agent
Invest NameBangla has appointed a Designated Copyright Agent to receive, process, and evaluate all official notifications of claimed copyright infringement. Any legal notices, DMCA takedown requests, or intellectual property disputes must be directed to this specific corporate desk to ensure a rapid and legally compliant response.
Designated Copyright Agent: Mizanur Rahman Hridoy (Executive Director)
Corporate Entity: Invest NameBangla
Physical Address: Level 41, Emirates Towers, Sheikh Zayed Road, PO Box 31303, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Primary Copyright Email: support@invest.namebangla.com
Please note that inquiries regarding general corporate partnerships, website feedback, or advertising should not be sent to the Copyright Agent. Doing so may delay the processing of legitimate intellectual property claims.
3. Procedure for Submitting a Notice of Copyright Infringement (Takedown Notice)
If you are a copyright owner, an authorized corporate representative, or a legal agent acting on behalf of a copyright owner, and you believe in good faith that any content, financial data, architectural blueprint, or image hosted on Invest NameBangla infringes upon your copyrighted work, you may submit a formal Notice of Claimed Infringement (Takedown Notice).
To be considered legally valid and actionable under the DMCA and international IP frameworks, your written notification must be sent to our Designated Copyright Agent at support@invest.namebangla.com and must include substantially all of the following critical elements:
- Physical or Electronic Signature: A physical or valid electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person strictly authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Identification of the Copyrighted Work: A detailed description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed. If multiple copyrighted works on our platform are covered by a single notification, you must provide a comprehensive, representative list of such works.
- Identification of the Infringing Material: A highly specific description of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity. You must provide the exact Uniform Resource Locator (URL) or URLs containing the allegedly infringing material to permit our executive team to locate the content rapidly.
- Contact Information: Information reasonably sufficient to permit Invest NameBangla to contact the complaining party, including your full legal name, corporate title, physical address, telephone number, and a valid corporate email address.
- Statement of Good Faith: A formal statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its legal agent, or the law.
- Statement of Perjury: A formal statement that the information in the notification is entirely accurate, and under absolute penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
4. Evaluation and Corporate Response to Takedown Notices
Upon receipt of a fully compliant and legally valid DMCA Takedown Notice, Invest NameBangla’s legal desk will immediately initiate a corporate investigation. Our standard operating procedure dictates that we will act swiftly to remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material within 48 to 72 business hours.
Furthermore, we will take reasonable steps to promptly notify the user, contributor, or author who posted the allegedly infringing material, informing them that the content has been removed or access to it has been disabled. This notification will include a copy of the original DMCA notice, ensuring absolute transparency in our legal proceedings. Invest NameBangla reserves the right to share the DMCA notice with third-party clearinghouses, such as Lumen Database, for public publication.
5. Procedure for Submitting a Counter-Notification
If you are a contributor or user of Invest NameBangla and you believe that your content was removed, or access to it was disabled, by mistake or misidentification (e.g., the material falls under the doctrine of Fair Use or you possess the necessary licensing), you have the legal right to submit a formal Counter-Notification.
To be legally effective, a Counter-Notification must be a written communication sent to our Designated Copyright Agent at support@invest.namebangla.com and must include the following precise elements:
- Physical or Electronic Signature: Your physical or valid electronic signature.
- Identification of the Removed Material: Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, alongside the specific URL or location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- Statement of Good Faith Mistake: A formal statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Subscriber Information and Consent: Your full name, physical address, telephone number, and email address. You must also include a statement that you formally consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal Courts of the United Arab Emirates (or the competent federal court in your jurisdiction), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification of claimed infringement or an agent of such person.
6. Evaluation of Counter-Notifications and Restoration of Content
Upon receiving a legally compliant Counter-Notification, Invest NameBangla will promptly forward a copy of the Counter-Notification to the original complaining party. We will inform them that we intend to replace the removed material or cease disabling access to it within ten (10) business days.
Unless our Designated Copyright Agent first receives official, written notice from the original complaining party that they have filed an action seeking a formal court order to restrain the user from engaging in infringing activity relating to the material on Invest NameBangla, we will replace the removed material and restore access to it no less than ten (10), and no more than fourteen (14), business days following receipt of the valid Counter-Notification.
7. Warning Against False Claims and Misrepresentations (Section 512(f))
We urge all parties to proceed with extreme caution before submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice or a Counter-Notification. Under Section 512(f) of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, and corresponding international intellectual property laws, any person who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, shall be held strictly liable for any damages.
These damages may include financial losses, severe legal costs, and attorneys’ fees incurred by the alleged infringer, by any copyright owner or authorized licensee, or by Invest NameBangla as a result of relying upon such misrepresentation. If you are unsure whether the material hosted on our platform infringes your copyright, we strongly recommend consulting with a qualified intellectual property attorney before initiating the DMCA process.
8. Policy on Repeat Infringers
Invest NameBangla maintains a strict, zero-tolerance policy toward repeat copyright infringers to protect the integrity of our platform and our standing with global advertising networks like Google ADX. In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole corporate discretion, the accounts, access rights, and publication privileges of contributors, writers, or users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
A “repeat infringer” is defined by Invest NameBangla as a user who has been notified of infringing activity more than twice and/or has had user-submitted content removed from our platform more than twice due to valid DMCA takedown requests.
9. Fair Use Doctrine and Financial Reporting
As a premier publisher of macroeconomic intelligence and corporate finance strategies, Invest NameBangla regularly analyzes, critiques, and reports on global financial data, real estate metrics, and banking policies. We invoke the legal doctrine of “Fair Use” (under 17 U.S.C. § 107) and equivalent UAE legal exceptions when quoting short excerpts of financial reports, referencing corporate press releases, or analyzing developer announcements for the purpose of commentary, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, or research.
If you are submitting a DMCA notice, you must critically evaluate whether the use of your material on our platform constitutes Fair Use before filing a claim. Unjustified claims targeting legitimate financial commentary will be vigorously defended by our legal desk.
10. Modifications to This Policy
Invest NameBangla reserves the absolute right to modify, amend, or completely overhaul this DMCA Policy at any given time to reflect changes in international copyright law, UAE federal decrees, or our corporate operational procedures. All changes will be posted directly to this page. We encourage copyright owners and platform users to review this policy periodically.
